Color Coated Aluminum Coils and Sheets
Color Coated Aluminum Coils and Sheets are available in a diverse range of colors, textures, and finishes, suitable for a multitude of applications. They are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and excellent at conducting heat, making them the most economical choice for various industrial projects.
Color coated sheet coil starts with a substrate, which can be hot rolled, galvanized, aluminum-zinc plated, cold rolled, tinned, stainless steel, or other materials. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), one or more layers of liquid paint are applied using a roller coating method. The sheet is then baked and cooled to produce coated steel, which is made into color coated coils. These coils are primarily used in building roofs, walls, steel structure plants, and home appliances, as well as in purification and clean plants. Common specifications range from 0.2 to 1.0 mm in thickness, with common domestic widths of 1000 and 1200 mm, and main export widths of 940, 1200, 1219, and 1250 mm.
- Classified by substrate type, organic coated steel plates typically use cold rolled sheets, hot galvanized sheets, electro-galvanized sheets, alloyed plates, galvanized aluminum plates, galvanized zinc alloy plates, tin plates, chrome plates, aluminum plates, and others.

Depending on the number of coating and baking cycles, there are single coating and baking, double coating and baking, triple coating and baking, and quadruple coating and baking processes. These processes produce various types of organic coated steel. Additionally, based on embossing or printing, they can be further subdivided into wood grain, marble grain, leather grain, and cement mortar grain coated steel plates.
