A modern full process professional production line for tinplate, equipped with advanced production processes and production capabilities covering various materials such as BA, CA, DR, and DI tinplate. Can produce 600000 tons of tinplate coils annually.

The main equipment of Factory 1420 is an acid rolling combined unit, a high-speed dedicated tinplate continuous annealing production line, and a high-speed electroplated tinplate unit. The electroplating tin unit adopts the Florstan type insoluble anode electroplating tin process and a high-speed shearing and automatic roll changing system. We can provide high-quality materials for food canning, beverage canning, aerosol containers, stamped products, high-end gift packaging, etc.

The main equipment of Factory 1220 is acid pickling, continuous rolling unit, full hydrogen bell annealing furnace, leveling unit, secondary cold rolling unit, and soluble anode electroplated tin unit, mainly producing low tin content and thin tinned steel plates.

Tinplate (commonly known as tinplate) refers to a steel plate with a thin layer of metallic tin plated on the surface. Tinplate is a low carbon steel rolled into a steel plate with a thickness of about 2mm, after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning and annealing, leveling, trimming, and then cleaning, electroplating, reflow, passivation, and oiling. Cut into finished products
of tin-plated sheet, and the tin used for tin-plated sheet is high-purity tin (Sn>99.8%). The tin layer can also be coated by hot dip plating. The tin layer of the tin plate obtained by this method is thicker, and the amount of tin used is large, and no purification treatment is required after tin plating.
